After a 3+ hour hearing of why a private property owner should build on the beach, the City Council voted  5-0 to NOT support beach development at 2600 N Ocean on Tuesday.

Thank you to our supportive community who shared, emailed, called, attended and spoke to help us preserve our City's Code of Ordinances. 

This hearing was for 2600 N Ocean Blvd. Stay tuned, and we will update about 2500 N Ocean soon (still maybe coming forward).

Send a THANK YOU to your elected officials for not supporting beach development, and for preserving and protecting our City's code.
