New Agreement

We received a new document from the college last night. It is a rental agreement and not a lease. Though it has come a long way; it still puts too much liability on the fraternity. Further, it requires that we not move furniture in until we sign an actual lease. We need your help to reduce the liability and to allow us to move furniture in.
