"DEA Hearing Schedule" on Marijuana Rescheduling:
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has scheduled a series of hearings to discuss the proposed rescheduling of marijuana. The initial hearing took place on December 2, 2024. Witness testimony is set to begin on January 21, 2025, and will continue every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday through the week of March 6, 2025.
