Thank you all for signing the petition to restore Wallaceburg’s municipal status. It’s amazing that we have already gotten over 300 signatures within a day.
I plan to present the completed petitions to the Chatham-Kent Council with a copy sent to each councillor, as well as to all MPPs and the Legislative Assembly of Ontario.
I will be starting a paper petition that will be distributed and collected from several local businesses in town. This petition will hopefully discussed in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, and I am seeking backing from our MPP, MP and city councillors with this matter. Please contact me if you are interesting in helping out with posters, collecting signatures, delivering petitions, collecting petitions, and canvassing (when it is warmer out).
I am also welcome to any suggestions of changes or ideas on spreading the message, as well as public endorsements. We are equals in this. Feel free to text, call or email me with the info below.
