Since the beginning of Johnny Depp's trial against ex-wife Amber Heard started, the numbers on the petition to remove Amber Heard from Aquaman 2 have exploded.

The petition stat at 1.8 million for the longest, creeping up only a few numbers at a time here and there. Largely stalled. But since the trial started, a LOT of people have taken notice.

The petition to remove Amber Heard from Aquaman 2 now sits at 2.866 million. At this rate, we'll meet the 3 million mark within a couple of days. Probably due in large part to the fact that the petition has been mentioned in lots of news articles, from Newsweek to TMZ.

Meanwhile, the trial is set to resume tomorrow, with Amber Heard possibly taking the stand this week.
