It's no secret that Johnny Depp is suing ex-wife Amber Heard for 50 million dollars in an ongoing defamation suit over her Op-Ed calling him a abuser, which cost him roles in both the Pirates and Fantastic Beasts franchises. 

Now, Depp's lawyers have subpoenaed Elon Musk, who is rumored to have been having an affair with Amber Heard when she was married to Johnny Depp. 

So now, according to the article, Musk's testimony could "lead" Heard to jail, considering that he was not only reported to have been having an affair with Heard during her marriage, but famously dated her afterward. Briefly.
