Filming is suspended on Aquaman 2, according to this tip, after an incident in which Amber Heard hit Jason Momoa, injuring his eye. 

The Health and Safety board in the UK are investigating after a stunt incident damaged Jason Momoa's eye. Safety tips were removed from a prop that Amber Heard was using and she hit him [Momoa] with it.

Was she unaware of the missing safety tip? Did she not care? Did Momoa say or do something that angered her? Or was she just too inept to be able to use the prop correctly?

Whatever the case, it seems nobody is safe from being hurt by Amber Heard.

Talk about an insurance nightmare. 

I have to wonder if the safety of having her continue on the project is the subject of conversation right now. That's just one more reason she should be removed from the film.
