If you don’t know who Jennifer Howell is, she’s Whitney Heard’s former boss and friend. She was dragged into the Johnny Depp v Amber Heard case when Whitney testified that she fled the situation and slept on Jennifer Howell’s floor. Jennifer spoke up and corrected Whit by saying that she never made Whit sleep on the floor. Since then, it’s come out that Whitney regularly confided in Jennifer about everything that was going on, including Amber being the bully in the staircase episode, and that Amber Heard took Johnny Depp’s finger off. These are crucial points, since Amber Heard painted Johnny Depp as the aggressor in both cases.

Originally, Amber Heard subpoenaed Jennifer Howell, likely expecting her to support her version of events, but was faced with the fact that Jennifer vows to tell the truth. That’s not a good thing for Amber.

So now, Johnny Depp’s team has subpoenaed Jennifer Howell.

Amber Heard’s team jumped all over that, petitioning the court to deny Jennifer Howell’s testimony, calling it irrelevant. But the court has denied that petition, saying that Jennifer Howell can definitely testify. This is the petition that the court called disingenuous, and sanctioned Amber Heard $4,732.50 for wasting the court’s time.

Court said that if Amber Heard thought Jennifer Howell was relevant enough to subpoena in the first place, she can’t turn around and say that Jennifer Howell is irrelevant just because Johnny’s team wants to subpoena her.

On Jennifer Howell’s Instagram, she says:

I was recently subpoenaed into a court case to tell the truth, and I did so. Verdict came down on Monday and the actual truth was destroyed by an unjust system.
I share this now because I want to have faith in truth, dignity, love and integrity ultimately winning. My heart has been broken during this process as I have lost faith in so many people who have claimed to be moral and good yet lack the integrity to tell the truth when it might be “an inconvenience” for them.
Those same people have contacted old employees of the charity and told them not to speak to attorneys and to dodge subpoenas. Have questioned my integrity for actually telling the truth when I was called to do so and much more. Heartbreaking to lose faith in people. I write this as I am trying not to lose faith in humanity, in justice and in the greater good... Truth and goodness have to win in the end.

The VA case is going to be a jury trial, and I have a feeling that they’re going to give Jennifer’s testimony a great deal of weight, considering she’s friends with the Heards, but is willing to tell the TRUTH regardless of the personal consequences to herself.

I for one can’t wait to see what Jennifer Howell says on the stand. It seems to me that her testimony will be a lynchpin in blowing Amber Heard’s lies wide open, as well as everybody else who lied for her. That puts them ALL in the hot seat for perjury charges not just for the VA case, but also the UK case as well.

Heard keeps digging her own hole deeper and deeper, and she’s dragging people down with her.

I personally think that it’s only a matter of time before those rats start jumping off her sinking ship. I should take bets for who jumps first.

Heard’s little world is crumbling down around her and she’s the only one that doesn’t see it.
