Johnny Depp stood no chance in the UK defamation trial against the Sun from the beginning. Justice Nicol was a lawyer championing for freedom of press for The Times which is owned by Murdock Who employees his son. The Judge's son works with defendant DAN WOOTTON. This combined with other connections between the judge and Amber Heard set Johnny Depp up to fail from the beginning. That’s why Heard was so smug throughout the proceedings. She knew the whole time that she had it in the bag.

But Johnny is appealing the verdict, taking the decision out of Justice Nicol’s hands. Heard might be laughing out the other side of her butt when the appeal comes down in Johnny’s favor.

And let’s not forget the Defamation case coming up in Virginia. Unless that judge has ties to Heard, or has been paid off, that’s a slam dunk for Johnny. There’s a ton of evidence that wasn’t brought forth in the UK trial because it was the Sun in the Hot Seat, not Heard. She was just a witness in that case. In Virginia, she’s the defendant. A LOT of evidence and a myriad of witnesses will be brought that she’ll have a very hard time trying to disprove. Johnny’s got video, audio and witnesses. All Heard has is: “Because I say so.” That doesn’t fly in an unbiased court of law.
