Petition updateRemove Amber Heard from Aquaman 2Amber Heard bullies Johnny Depp

Johnny Depp is ordered to appear for three successive days in counsel for the defendant’s offices on November 10th, 11th, and 12th, beginning at 10am. And he has to pay her the cost of filing this motion, as well as whatever other reasonable costs apply.

So, basically, Johnny has to pay Amber for bullying him into interrupting filming in London in order to appear in Virginia for a deposition that easily could have waited until after his filming was concluded.

Let’s keep in mind that it’s not just three days at stake. There are quarantine periods as well. So it’s not just a matter of days that filming is being disrupted by. It could be weeks.

While I’m sure it’s Amber’s intention to jerk Johnny around – maybe even get him fired from FB3 – she’s also meddling with WB, forcing them to reschedule Johnny’s filming and having to film around him. Is this something she’d pull if she were still affiliated with Aquaman 2? I don’t think so. She wouldn’t risk her status with them if she still had the part.

Heard might be feeling all victorious right about now, winning this little battle. But one battle doesn’t win the war, and she will not win this one. The verdict will come down from London soon about Depp’s libel case against the Sun for calling him a wife beater, and when it does, the whole world will be put on notice that the courts aren’t buying her story about being a battered wife. The court in London won’t buy it, and neither will the court in Virginia.

She can enjoy what little bit of money she gets from Johnny right now, right up until she’s forced to pay him $50 million for his defamation case. Since she’s not worth that much to begin with, it’ll be interesting to see where she gets the money.

She can enjoy pushing him around for now, too. Because while she’s getting her way this time, she does no control Johnny Depp any more. He caught wise to what kind of a monster she really is, and kicked her to the curb. Sure, he’ll have to sit for the deposition, but she will not be the one asking questions. She shouldn’t even be in the room, though I’m sure she’ll find a way to insert herself so that she can stare him down and witness his defeat. But that’s the end of it. He’s moved on with his life and regained his happiness. And no matter how much she thinks she can push him around, she can’t take that away from him. Never again.

And she can go ahead and enjoy breathing free air, while she can. She’s got several chances to be thrown behind bars hanging over her head. First, there’s no statute of limitations in Australia for violence that results in grievous bodily harm. Like cutting off somebody’s finger. The only reason she hasn’t been brought up on charges is because Johnny hasn’t filed a claim against her. She owes the fact that she’s not in jail right now to the man she’s pushing around. She needs to think about that.

Second, Australia’s looking at her for Perjury in the case where she brought the yorkies, Pistol and Boo, into the country illegally. She lied in her statement to authorities, and now they know it.

And, depending on how the verdict comes down in London, she could very well be facing perjury charges there, too. She lied her ass off in her testimony to the British courts, just like she’s lied for the past four years about Johnny.

Will they seek perjury charges in Virginia after she lies there, too? They certainly could. So let her do her little victory dance at this perceived victory. She won’t be laughing when it’s all over.

What do you think? Will the London judge rule in favor of Depp or Heard? What do you think will happen in Virginia? Will Heard manage to pull another rabbit out of her hat? Or will Johnny prevail, clearing his name and forcing her to face justice? Drop a comment and let us know.
