Amber Heard's been screaming that Johnny Depp refuses to sit for his deposition, saying that he's dragging things out to torture her.

As things stand right now, Depp is scheduled to sit for his deposition on October 5th, most likely via video link, though that's almost certain to change.

Depp has filed for a continuance to allow for his filming schedule for Fantastic Beasts 3. Heard, naturally, is having fits about it. She thinks that Depp should be able to schedule his filming around court obligations, saying that Depp "has made no effort to schedule around his deposition and this trial. The case needs to end, and end soon."

That's not the way things work, of course, but there's no telling Heard that. She claims that Johnny and his lawyer Adam Waldman are waging a "campaign of terror" against her by posting on social media, and she calls for this abuse to end as soon as possible. And never mind that it is she who's been slandering him by way of every public platform that she can think of (or pay for) since they divorced. For her, it seems, it's "Do as I say, not as I do."

The thing is, they want five days for Depp's deposition, which Depp's side has argued is too long. They are also refusing to allow him to depo in London via WebX because AH wants a lawyer there, which would require 14 day quarantine period.

So while Heard is screaming about postponements, SHE'S the one making it difficult for him to sit for his deposition.

What do you think? Is Johnny dragging his feet by asking for a continuance? Or is Heard continuing to try to control and manipulate him?
