Malcolm Connolly was a security person for Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. He was asked about several instances including the time on the honeymoon train, citing journal entries that accuse Johnny of beating her up, and never mind the fact that, yet again, she doesn’t have a mark on her. He, on the other hand, is sporting a huge shiner. Oh his honeymoom.
Moving on to the topic of Australia, QC tried to insinuate that, because of all the different stories that came out, that Amber didn’t chop off Johnny’s finger at all. Maybe Johnny did it himself on that accordion door, which Malcolm insisted is impossible because the door has a safety feature.
Queen’s Counsel, (QC) also insinuated that Johnny injured Amber despite the fact that she was searing a slip when Malcolm arrived first, and she didn’t have a mark on her. Scratches on her arms didn’t appear until after Jerry Judge, Johnny’s long-time head of security, showed up. In other words, those scratches were more likely than not self-inflicted.
When QC’s insinuations didn’t sway Malcolm to change his answers, she made it seem that Johnny was on drugs, as usual.
Redirect clarified that Malcolm simply never saw any injuries on Amber Heard. He, Malcolm, wouldn’t tolerate any man hitting a woman. Not Johnny Depp. Not even the Pope. On the other hand, Malcolm recounts being asked to intervene because Amber heard kept hitting Johnny repeatedly. Malcolm also assures the court that he has not been pressured in any way into testifying on Johnny Depp’s behalf.
Tara Roberts, (TR) is Johnny Depp’s Bahamian estate manager. QC started by insinuating that TR relies upon JD for her home and income, so she’d lie for him. TR insists that she’s got other family income. She’d be sad if she lost the job because of all the friends she’s made, but that she wouldn’t be financially devastated. She’s got no reason to lie to keep her job, and wouldn’t anyway.
QC tried to debunk TR’s statement that Johnny has never been violent toward people by showing that TMZ video. TR wouldn’t change her statement that Johnny isn’t violent or that Amber had no injuries on the island. So, unable to make any headway with her, QC let her off the hook.
Redirect cleared up that TR never saw Johnny hit or abuse Amber Heard or any other person. And that Amber never showed any injuries. But she did see Amber Heard being violent toward Johnny Depp, causing injuries including a gash across the bridge of his nose.

Samantha MCmillen (SM) is Johnny Depp’s stylist since 2002, for 18 years now. She also worked as a stylist for Amber Heard while she and Johnny were together. SM confirmed what she’s been saying the whole time that when Amber Heard appeared on the James Cordon show, she displayed no injuries despite insisting that she had two black eyes.
Hilda Vargas (HV) has been Johnny Depp’s housekeeper for 30 years. She’s the one that found poop in Johnny Depp’s bed. QC tried to blame it on the dogs by saying that Depp’s dog Boo has a history of having accidents. HV clarified that the dogs have accidents “On the floor.” Both Pistol and Boo are too small to jump on the bed, and have never had an accident in the bed. She’s cleaned up after Boo many times, so she can say with authority that the poops were too big to have come from him. QC tried to suggest that Amber Heard was already gone for a full day at Coachella before the poop happened, but HV stuck to her story that Johnny was gone, and the poop was fresh. QC says that HV was angry, and HV admits that she felt disrespected to be left a mess like that because this sort of thing hasn’t happened 30 years of Working for Johnny Depp.
Redirect clarified HV’s statements, and included that HV also saw Amber in May of 2016 without any injuries on her.
