Amber Heard is seen cuddling up to Elon Musk in the private elevator to Johnny Depp's penthouse in exclusive new images that will drag the Tesla mogul deeper into the couple's explosive legal battle.
Musk has insisted that Heard and Depp were already split by the time he started seeing Heard, and that the relationship didn't become intimate until some time later. These images seem to negate that statement. The Space X inventor, 48, can been seen in one image draping his arms around Heard, who appears to be wearing just a swimsuit and a towel.
Depp's legal team has issued subpoena to Musk for any texts, emails, letters or communications he exchanged with Heard during their marriage or anything mentioning alleged incidents of domestic violence.
They specifically want to know what she told the tech tycoon about the May 21, 2016 fight that resulted in Heard seeking a restraining order, accusing Depp of hurling a phone at her and beating her.
So Musk is drawn even deeper into Depp's 50 million defamation suit. Gotta wonder if she was worth all the trouble.
