If the D.C. Taxicab Commission and the D.C. Council are going to move forward to mandate a single color for taxicabs in Washington, D.C., RED should be the color.

Red has already become the color of choice for Washington, D.C.'s public transportation network, as the Circulator, Capital Bikeshare, and even new Metrobuses all sport very nice Red color schemes. Not only that, Red is the color of the stars in the District of Columbia's flag.
