Back to school should be a time of excitement and joy, however, your stalled contract negotiations with the teachers have placed the start of school in jeopardy. Our schools are only as strong as our teachers and we need them in the classrooms, with good, solid working conditions, to greet the children of this community!

Please, Board and Administration, our teachers deserve a fair contract that values them as educators and as an integral part of the learning process. You were elected to ensure quality education for our children. If you cause a strike to occur, you would be failing our children and our community.
