Davis, Kessler & Davis Attorneys At Law are promoting the opening of their new Chattanooga office with Hog Day during which those attending will be given the chance to guess the weight of a pig. The winner will receive the pig or the cash value of the animal. 

Chattanooga has a thriving animal welfare community that has worked tirelessly to end the use of animals in entertaiment, including years of protesting the Ringling Bros. Circus visits to Chattanooga. The law office is also very near a popular vegan restaurant. We have politely asked the law office to re-consider bringing a sentient being into the city, where it will have to endure the stress of transport and being on display in an anxiety-inducing environment, just to help sell legal services. 

We are hoping that as Davis Kessler & Davis see more Chattanoogans are concerned about the welfare of this pig, they will find a more suitable way to promote their business -- one that doesn't cause harm to other living creatures.
