Davis City Council should reconsider their vote of Nov 7 2017 to install paid parking throughout downtown. Everyone invested in downtown--businesspeople, customers, visitors, workers, neighbors--is concerned about the impacts on their livelihoods and lifestyles. The matter must be considered not just as civic revenue but from the perspectives of all affected.
