ABC Intvw + Thank You!

Hey everyone! I shared this with some of you, but a few weeks ago I was contacted by ABC World News and interviewed for a segment about Discover and their illegal student loan practices. It was very exciting and encouraging, but it has not been released and we're not sure when/if they will run that segment, as it has been a few weeks. I am still reaching out to as many media outlets as possible and fighting the good fight. But I am mainly writing to tell you all that at this point, I'm not sure how much further this fight will go. I've now had nearly 30 phone conversations with all different departments of Discover, proposed every other possible alternative, argued with countless Twitter representatives, and I have still had to pay two months of this rate increase so far, with no budging whatsoever. So, I wanted to let you know that I don't think this petition is going up any higher in terms of effectiveness. You've all been so amazing, and when I look at the full list of names I cannot believe how lucky I am to have and know all of you and to have your help - friends, family, or acquaintances. Thank you so much for your support. I will keep working hard to get the word out, but in terms of activeness of this petition, it is likely ending soon. Love, Liz Arcury
