
Good Morning! Again, thank you for sharing the petition. Please continue to share not only with members who attend Les Mills classes but with other members too. These changes affect EVERYBODY. You see if our communities with our clubs are broken up and members decide to leave others that don't do classes will find that their friends won't be around any longer so will also leave.
An update on our request to meet and discuss this matter with Glenn Earlam unsurprisingly has been ignored, This is customer service at its finest from a company who purports to "Value Members Feedback"
What has come out is that David Lloyd HAS chosen this period to Axe Les Mills from gyms across the country, their intention? To bring in their own Dance, HIIT classes using their own staff! David Lloyd is trying to reinvent the wheel when the wheel has already been invented and is working perfectly well!! I believe by staying quiet they are secretly hoping that members will go away or shut up. We have a big voice and will continue our fight.
If you look at David Lloyds Real Feedback on TrustPilot there are some very telling signs. David Lloyd has MORE Bad feedback than good, There have been More Bad feedback ratings in the last 2 months than in any month within the last year!! and finally David Lloyd has NOT responded to any negative feedback on TrustPilot within the last 12 months! - I urge people to add feedback to club iPads and on your apps! It seems that David Lloyd don't really care about us members?
David Lloyd has sent out emails offering to freeze members memberships for FREE during September. Les Mills Classes are NOT on the timetables so if that's what you like and enjoy about your Gyms then take them up and Freeze for another month! The potential revenue loss from members not returning or potentially leaving far far outweighs the small licence fee costs for our favourite classes! (Remember David Lloyd has been heavily promoting these and telling us how good they are for the last 20 years!!)
Please stick with us, like, share, post to your own David Lloyd FaceBook Pages, they want member Feedback we will give REAL Member Feedback!! New members will see that far from being a caring company members wishes and opinions are disregarded after parting with their hard earned money!
