What is an Admiral nurse I hear you ask let me tell you our story , my beloved Husband was first diagnosed with Parkinsons three years ago and since then has gone on to develop Lewy Body Dementia a devastating cruel and terminal disease at the tender age of 65 . Our world has fallen apart and my heart is broken I did not know how we could go on . And then we were lucky enough to be given our own  Admiral Nurse lovely Sam came into our lives she helps with practical advise and steers me in the right direction, but more importantly stops me from going out of my mind being there for the carers is there main aim and I know she will walk with me till the end .I want more people to get this support it is vital , we the carers of this country save the Goverment Millions we can not do it on our own So I ask PLEASE PLEASE help me to help others and give something back , one day you may need their help .
