Why aren’t there more statues memorializing slaves? To those who argue that removing confederate statues erases history - please suggest that they be replaced with more historically accurate renderings of "Life in the South" and the struggle to protect freedoms, instead of glorifying those that fought against it. - Jacky Adelstein
