Kledang Hill is the beloved gem of residents in Perak where so many generations have loved and cherished for its greenery and beauty. People of all ages go there to hike, run, bike and do so many other outdoor activities while enjoying its natural surroundings. It is one of the few remaining green belts around.

The land clearing that is taking place on Kledang Hill is causing massive damage to the environment with long lasting consequences that are irreversible depending on the severity. Aerial view images have shown that hundreds of trees had been cleared. This type of harmful activity increases erosions and removes habitats causing the loss of native animals and plants. The disappearing greenery will leave a huge impact on the environment and the lives of many residents of Perak.
