Problem
Over the last 12 months we've noticed a drastic decrease of driver payouts "disguised" as driver benefits. Lower pay alongside an increase of drivers in each market and the cost of maintenance/ upkeep of cars has made rideshare driving difficult to continue.

Solution
We would like a visible and consistent Uber/ driver payout percentage for each ride.
Updated pay per mile and minute for each market to accurately reflect the growth and infrastructure in each area.
Total transparency by Uber to its rideshare partners and gathering a true consensus before disseminating new initiatives company-wide.

This has gone on too long and it's time to realize we aren't just a low man on the totem pole we drive the business LITERALLY.
