The Governor of Connecticut, Dannel P. Malloy, has one of the lowest approval ratings in Connecticut and US history. Nor does he care. He continuously keeps raising taxes and is driving Connecticut residents and especially businesses that have been here decades out of the state. Does he care? Not one bit.
