It's simple.  Frito Pie is a treasured food in the State of Texas.  This particular delicacy should be offered at every single Marching Band contest in the State of Texas.  To have a marching contest without Frito Pie is like not having working toilets at the stadium.  I don't need to explain how this will impact the community.  The community already explains that when I see piles of empty Fritos bags strewn about in the stadium after a marching band contest.
