Council makes new threats

The Macedon Council have issued more letters of threats to their residents, they are now saying all dogs need to be sterilised, and if breeders are found to be mating, raring or even studding their dogs they will face legal action. This sort of bullying is not acceptable and they are not within their rights to even try to enforce these requests... this needs to stop , investigations are taking place into a class action
