The on going mistreatment of animals and mismanagement of Mildura Rural City Council  pound, including misinterpretations of the animal practice code. And their failure to release animals to rescue groups under duty of care. Such actions have resulted in numerous deaths and serious health issues and council's flat refusal to co-operate with rescue groups and local volunteers. Numerous requests for quarantine facilities, animals to be released under Duty of Care & their failure to work alongside all rescue groups has resulted in little or no action on behalf of Council.                       We are reaching out for your support so we can proceed with an independent audit into the operations of the Mildura Rural City Council.                                   Please help us, so we can help them.
