so my kids are in the Dominican republic, did I know they were going? No, did I get asked how I felt about it? No, did the thoughts and feelings of my children taken into consideration? No, did I give permission/or paperwork for passports? No, did the council apply for these passports illegally? Yes, was an adoption order placed legally for them to have fully custody of my children and remove them from the country? No. My children are now at a definite risk and no protection.
