This petition is about Food Growing in schools and education through interactive discovery instead of textbook classroom teaching.  Over the last few weeks we have found some fantastic charities working to change the curriculum and lobbying government to do more. Please click on the links below to see more.

Studies have shown how children get animated and enthused in the veg patch, especially if they cook and even sell the produce they have grown.  Why not capitalise on this enthusiasm and link the veg patch to sections of other relevant academic subjects?

This petition is about using tried and tested knowledge from many of the organisation listed below and making it available to all school children instead of just those lucky enough to have a veg patch, volunteers and trained teaching team.
