A giant company has said NO to cages.
Yum! Brands' KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell have pledged to stop sourcing eggs from farms that keep hens in cages by 2030. With almost 50,000 restaurants worldwide, Yum! Brands' global commitment has a huge potential to reduce the suffering of millions of hens.
KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell are among the brands that have joined the global trend to say no to cages. Other brands that have made this commitment include Burger King, The Pizza Company, Sizzler, Dairy Queen, Bonchon, Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin-Robbins, and Krispy Kreme.
However, A&W still has not shown any signs that it will follow this global trend like many of its competitors!
