The Issue
JUSTICE FOR BRAYDEN .. PLEASE HELP BRING HIM HOME TO FAMILY I NEED A LAWYER TO STOP Lackawanna County Children & Youth. I have been trying to get my nephew for a year now from them and I was denied twice. First off there is no reason why I should be denied. I own my own home, I am graduating from Lackawanna College this month with two degrees (Early Childhood Education and Business Management), I am a full time dairy manager at Price Chopper Supermarket, and most of all a full-time wife and mother of 3 and 2 fur babies. My nephew is missing out on his cousins, my family dinners and events, sports his cousin plays and most of all having an awesome aunt and grandmother in his life.
Second, family is supposed to come first! Gateway federal Child Law .Along with grandparent rights! Cys told me I was NOT allowed to have my one year old nephew because he was comfortable with the foster family and their goal is to reunite him with his parents some day. Now they want to put him up for adoption and the foster family apparently has first dibs!!! Along with finding out the one foster parent works for the state! I want my nephew! There is no reason why I should have to suffer or his grandmother and cousins n extended family. Our hearts are broken

****UPDATE***
LACKAWANNA COUNTY CYS are now saying I never tried anything too get him!!! They are lying so bad The even had family network out to my house. My husband and I told them we did not even want there money and wanted him home with family. What a bunch of crocks!!! Tuesday is court at 1:00P.M . Therefore it the judge decision whether he is going up for adoption Tuesday and loosing rights to be with his parents and/or family. I never was able to see the judge or be in family court due to the relationship with the parents I had.
Update ... Parents lost their rights and now adoption hearing coming up . Foster parents trying to keep him . What happened federal law act FAMILY FIRST.. CHILD GATEWAY ACT please help bring my nephew home to me and his family
