South Africa has one of the highest employment rate among its youth population. In some provinces/districts up to 70% of the youths between the ages of 15-25 yrs are out of school and unemployed. This has huge implications for the society, the country and the economy.

SA Teen Entrepreneur Foundation (www.teenentrepreneur.co.za is a charity (NPO) that we have created to equip young people with entrepreneurial skills and culture. We target the school going age, the youth in communities and organize them into societies/clubs and impart entrepreneurial skills.

In order to reach every school/Community with our programs we need to train at least one or two teachers/community leaders/or parents (Champions ) so they in turn can train the youth in entrepreneurial skills to equip them to exploit the opportunities around them for economic gain. 

Our target is to train at least 200 facilitators (Champions) in each of the 9 (1800) provinces/states each year. It cost a minimum of R800 (US$50) to train one Champion.
