Who is the text of an email my carrer has just written to the chief inspector:

"I know you will by now have received a report of the criminal assault on my blind autistic son Michael by officers in your command on Friday last the 30th of May video and recording is available and already supplied by Axon.

Anyone looking at and listening to that video can only be shocked and horrified by the brutality of your officers. Their huge overreaction to whatever report they had received amounts to criminal assault through recklessness / malice & disability discrimination.

As you will know there is in your files a detailed psychological assessment of Michael commissioned by SNT which makes it absolutely clear that there should be no approach to him except on a carefully handled basis and that the police are a prime causation of his psychological disturbance.

In other words, his psychological problems are the direct result of their failures to protect him and to pretend he lacks competence.

The police's refusal to let the 999 ambulance arrive until after they had responded amounts to serious interference with a medical emergency and in defiance of those instructions.

Instead 9 officers arrive with tasers drawn. They force entry and although it is clear there is no knife they use a baton on Michael's legs to collapse him, two officers then wrestle him to the ground, another officer tasers him and eventually with four officers sat on him, he is handcuffed.

He has suffered multiple bruising and physical injury in the course of this. At no stage did officers make any pretence of looking to see whether any knife was present.

Only after this, they illegally search and and find a rubber stage knife in the hall, with other halloween declaration, where this had taken place, still in its cellophane wrapping, and that is what they tell the paramedics when they arrive at 14.51pm.

Only later another officer says to his colleagues 'we've been here before, total psycho' (proving they were working on prior falsification of police records when planning this assault) and then to the call handler 'we've just found a slightly bloodied kitchen knife' - actually it had some jam traces on it.

The marks on Michael's wrist were clearly those of a blunt instrument, not a blade and blunt trauma injury...

We do not yet know what triggered the 'knife' excuse or what happened, no knife was mentioned in any of Michael's phone calls to 999 and 101, merely 'I might as well slit my wrists' to the final police call. ' Bearing in mind that was also the excuse for his violent pointless arrest last year (and immediate release) it is clear no lessons are learned, and the discrimination against the disabled perpetuated.

So:

1) Officers interfere with a medical emergency;

2) Arrive having predetermined an imaginary threat with no evidence and equipped to assault;

3) Ignore medical advice;

4) Force entry to a private home to assault my son with intent and without any attempt to follow protocol;

5) Admit falsified police records;

6) Run away having realised their mistake without any attempt to explain their actions;

All this originating from SNT failure to deal with the underlying problem and determination to protect the real criminal for his unremitting stalking and harassment over the last 4 years, let alone the recent real fully evidenced physical assault, the police's failure to deal with which led directly to Friday's breakdown.

I need to know as a matter of urgency that you are taking control of this, and what steps you are taking to avoid a repeat.

All the best
