Just 24 hours before my fictitious bail date of 15th March my carer gets a one line email telling him that it is now a fictitious bail date of 31st March.

That late change might have been annoying if it wasn't that we had ignored it anyway and had already made other plans.

If the sole reason for pretending to keep me on bail is to cause me grief and distress it's not working because it has now become a joke, although it is still possible that they are desperately keeping me on bail so they don't have to admit they have broken or otherwise lost the equipment they illegally took in the first place or, even more likely, they are terrified of giving me back the CCTV evidence which proved the arrest was illegal. Sooner or later a senior officer either of Southwest Command or at the CPS will bring this farce to an end and then we will see.

That is also the date my solicitors are waiting for so that they can then start punitive action.

(Just to remind you, the officer conducting this oppressive campaign is the one who made such a mess of serving me a fake PCN that the video of that event has now the second most most viewed on my channel been, viewed more than 30,000 times!)

I take the view that every time they make one of these unlawful extensions, the amount I will receive in compensation in the end goes up, which gives me great comfort.
