As you will know from previous postings, my stalker is using his CCTV cameras pointing directly into my patio as a way of continuing his intimidation and harassment, including making sudden noises when I think I am alone which have caused, amongst other distress, a minor stroke, discovery that the stress has given me the condition known as Barrett's oesophagus, and a broken wrist resulting in eight weeks in plaster.

I complained about this to the officer who is meant to be taking action against my Stalker, I have provided him much of my own CCTV documenting many such abuses....( I have a playlist on YouTube just for Mr stalkers openly oppressive use of his CCTV), and guys reply was:

"On that note I would not be placed to get the camera removed as Mrs Stalker would have the right to place the camera there for the prevention or detection of crime, and capture any conduct that would amount to ASB or a breach of bail conditions by Michael. [Note: I was given street bail after being falsely arrested for the second time and released with no further action]

I would also have no powers to say to them that they need to remove it from their own fence due to its structure. I will forward Mrs Stalker a copy of the ICO guidance around the use of CCTV within her property"

You will note that he has alleged the camera was placed there by Mrs Stalker justified by her proven to be malicious allegations of criminal activity by me (unsurprisingly, no evidence was ever presented about any of her delusional stories).

So, he directed me to complain to the ICO instead. So I did. This is what they said:

"The ICO cannot instruct [DELETED] to remove or reposition their CCTV cameras.

If you continue to feel harassed or intimidated by the use of the cameras we would advise that you speak again with your local police.

There is separate legislation that may help in resolving your concerns, such as the Protection from Harassment Act 1997, the Public Order Act 1986 and the Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) – Crime and Policing Act 2014. You should advise the police that we directed you to them."

For many years I have known the expression a "vicious circle", and now I know what it really means: this is an entirely circular activity and its effect is vicious.
