Imagine a situation where a perpetrator hammers on his disabled victims door late at night Shunt's words of abuse and then one does round his garden causing damage and the victim Unlock to receiving end of this decent antisocial behaviour calls 9 9 9, to report his constituent breaches of bail conditions....

What happens next? Either: 
1)    The police arrest the perpetrator and then cone to the vvictim to take a statement & tell us what they have done.

2)    The police tell the perpetrator he is a naughty boy, and then tell the victim nothing to see here. 

3)    The police give the perpetrator 'words of advice' and arrest the victim 

Yes, number 3, obviously. I was taken off in the paddy waggon to the station last night and then released in the early hours to come back for interview in the morning following which, of course, case dismissed, no charge, and we don't understand why you are upset.

The police came into my property under for false pretences, again, without making any inquiries Immediately attempted to restrain me physically l, even though I have an obviously damaged wrist in a cast. 

The officers, 6 in all, spent the next hour contending their own statements and changed the necessity for my arrest three separate times..... Which is a clear violation of PACE.
