You may remember that back in September I had offices attempting to issue me (a blind man, without a driving licence, obviously) with a £90 fixed penalty notice to do with an alleged event back in April, which according to the paperwork, was for a traffic offence! 

You may also remember that instead of paying the penalty notice, or accepting a driving disqualification, I was instead looking forward to a very interesting day in court.

The 21 days I had to respond, which of course I did immediately, demanding my day in court, well that time has elapsed exactly 1 month ago today, and no action has been taken one way or the other, which is annoying as I want my day in court.

(They've had all of October to do whatever it is they need to do and, here I am, just waiting with my the twenty seven eight-by-ten colour glossy pictures with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one and that's not to mention the aerial photography.)
