It seems that PC young has got wind of the pending legal storm which is approaching him and his mates.

I have just received by hand what reports to be a court summons ordering me to appear next week!

Talk about getting your retaliation in first, I haven't even got a date form my case against PC Young and yet somehow, he has managed to prepare paperwork, which is dated 2ed October,  but I didn't receive until a lot later than the typical 14 days one should be given to prepare for things like this. 

We have been presented with over 100 pages of inaccessible fever dream inspired weapons grade nonsense, which due to my severe sight loss, I can't even access without assistance, completely ignoring the provisions of the equalities act 2010!

Of course the very first thing we attempted to do was request a copy of this document bundle in electronic form, that request has gone unheated, in fact was quite a while ago considering the absolutely short notice. 

So, I now have slightly over 100 pages of what is likely to be complete garbage and the only thing I know for sure today is that it is a summons to appear, I've tried to get my carrer to read through this but even if this did make any sense, which I am told it does not, there are some very important pages which appear to be missing, most importantly there is nothing about what I'm expected to do about this... I am told the address for service, ie for us to deliver our documents is listed as my address? Which is utterly insane.... Whoever prepared this paperwork was a complete and utter nincompoop, how a mistake like this can be made and not caught is unexcusable.

I don't even know what evidence is being presented against me, so I don't see how I can mount an adequate defense, even if there was sufficient time to do so which there is not given by in the ability to read the documents.

All I can do now is wait until 9:00 so I can phone the court and make enquiries, in the hope they can shed some light on what the expectation now is, I don't even know where to begin apart from contacting our legal experts, but giving an autistic and severely sight impaired person less than seven working days before a court appearance has  got to be against some sort of good practice at least. 

Given all the other highly questionable and illegal actions of PC young and his cronies, at this point I wouldn't be surprised if this whole thing turns out to be completely fabricated, in some sort of juvenile attempt to distract me from the prosecution against the PC Young. 

We have a nature's prepared and something pages for the case against PC Young. If what has been provided is anything like the absolute garbage produced by PC Young on previous attempts to subject me to malicious legal process, people have to bite another 300 pages just to fact check all of the errors in his submission, not to mention go through the effort of providing twenty seven eight-by-ten colour glossy photographs with circles & arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one explaining what each, not to mention the aerial photography. I imagine it would take me more than a month to just read through the "documents" delivered by PC Young, much less understand it all.

The problem now being that I don't have even have a complete working week to mount some sort of defense before I have to make my representation.
