1 day, 13 hours, 0 minutes

In less than 48 hours, I am to present myself at Kingston Police station. 

Quick math test, if I was bailed on 12th January, how many times has my bail already been extended if I am to present myself on this 17th of May.

The answer is unsurprisedly, 2 times, there is already a considerable list of procedural problems before we even get to this issue.... 

The sticking point here is second bail extension was illegal/improper, because this was not authorised to extend beyond the 3 months as required by the PACE changes as at last October, nor were we consulted on the matter as required by those changes.

This was all authorised and signed off unilaterally by Robin Young and nobody else, and it's looking doubtful that he even had the authority to initiate street bail in the first place.
