COMPLAINT REFERENCE: CAD ****/30MAR23. 

As has become customary for this campaign, here is another email I recently sent into the Professional Standards unit following another highly prependitional encounter with the Metropolitan please service:

"The latest incidents, which I have reported under the above CAD number, also give rise to additional undocumented consequences arising from prejudicial activity by Robin Young.

See attached video... Clearly shows damage to property and that it was caused by air rifle fire, this also gives an indication of the direction of travel, which again, would have disproven the officer's assertion that they did not know where it came from, I don't need evidence beyond reasonable doubt to prove wrongdoing, it just has to be more likely than not.

Given the documented history with the suspect, specifically previous use of air rifles to damage property belonging to another, it is highly likely that any reasonable person would come to the same conclusion that it is more likely than not the work of the same individual.

Following thus report of air rifle fire into my property on the evening of the 29th of March, Officers attended the following morning.

The first problem to note is these officers did not use this opportunity to investigate, they dismissed out of hand my reference to the previous documented history of air rifle fire since the suspect arrived in the neighborhood.

And just to rub a salt in the wound, having briefly spoken to the suspected party, they returned to me with with the normal nebulous and unspecified allegations of me harassing the other party! 

Our CCTV happened to capture the officers talking with the suspect, in an unconcerned manner, telling them that I have provided them video which doesn't show anything and that it doesn't sound like an air rifle! They were jokey and apologetic as if he and they were old friends, basically they treated him in very difficut way to have a treated me, which by itself is an issue.
 
Had they actually investigated when they had the chance, they would have found broken glass and the remains of at least one air air rifle pellet! 

My suspicion is visible and intentional choice as would had they discovered the evidence, there would be no need for personal opinion as to whether or not this was caused by air gun fire. 
 
So yet once again I have offices bending over backwards to trivialise my legitimate report and minimise any consequences for the suspect I'm not doing so at my expense.

We now have to believe all officers in this area have been brainwashed by Robin Young, as they all arrive to talk to me and  they all inevably treat me as a perpetrator, and then talk to the suspect as if he were the victim.

They tell me they must not ‘take sides’, as if this were just a petty 50/50 neighbour dispute, an argument which only Robin Young has promoted just to protect his friend.
 
When we reported the first instance of the suspect clearly and frequently engaging in suspicious behaviors last week, it was decided those behaviours weren't sufficiently serious, and no action would be taken, we said then he would escalate things further, and since that time, there has been frequent antisocial activities which have escalated over the course of just a week, exactly as we said they would, not only causing me objectively measurable fear alarm and distress also the proximate cause of yet more unnecessary property damage.
 
The officers had no business telling anybody at all let, alone the suspected perpetrator, they didn't think a crime has been committed, despite this incident being a  firearms offence in its own right, their conduct was highly prejudicial and can only be explained by them having prejudged the situation.

I am clearly are not getting fair treatment from Wimbledon police Station, and I now believe that this is down to tge continuing lies and falsified evidence being spread about us by Robin Young."
