Does thinking you are maybe the last scene person make you crazy,??

The absolute madness continues.

Now the Police service themselves have started taking down my YouTube videos, videos of my stalke, literally breaking into my property/destroying goods/assault me and my on own doorste, using violence to secure entry into my home, all on the basis that "he is identifiable!" 

I have made every reasonable effort to comply with the law, there is clear signage around my property literally saying that "video surveillance is in operation for purposes of detection and prevention of crime and if you choose to stay here, your image and words may be shared online."

Which I absolutely have every right to do in these specific circumstances, the guy is on my property, committing a crime....I mean this isn't America and it isn't a two party consent state....the legal principles of diminished expectation of privacy are clearly established and explain in case law.

Just think about the logical implications of this for just one moment, this interpretation would have wide-reaching implications beyond just my problems. Every dashcam, video doorbell, body camera, would overnight potentially become a permanent liability.

Of course there are specific limitations to this, you can't publish their full name and other identifiable information suggest better address, phone number etc..... Unless it is already publicly available because they have made it so for example.

But if you don't even have consent to automatically film someone, because they are literally on your property while committing a crime, and share such information weather is a clear public interest to be served.

Then, how can this interpretation possibly be reconciled with ubiquitously recording other motorists number plates etc on the public highway? 

(I do realise this is a silly and oversimplified example, but this demonstrates the absurdity of the reasoning)

If they can do this to me, what's stopping them from doing this to anyone else.

This is the start of Orwellian levels of censorship, for the purpose of protecting criminal who is quite literally putting my life in danger, and I'm not even allowed to tell me tell anyone about it!
