Manuel Marqués is the Grievance Coordinator for CUPE 3913. Manuel represents CUPE 3913 members in the grievance process and supports 3913’s ongoing bargaining with the University of Guelph.

But Manuel can’t do his job because the CUPE 3913 Executive has locked him out.

The CUPE 3913 Executive is insisting on major concessions from Manuel, and yet they refuse to bargain seriously with Manuel’s union, CUPE 1281.

We the undersigned, call on the CUPE 3913 Executive to:

• End the lockout and get Manuel back to work.
• Return to the table and bargain a fair deal with CUPE 1281.
