Thank you so much to all that have signed and shared this petition! It means so much to know that we have the support of so many people in hopefully getting the edTPA/CalTPA waived.
On the student teacher end of things when it comes to current communications all we keep getting told is that they do not know yet. It is so unnerving that we potentially might end our credential programs without our official preliminary credential. As well, all we continue to be told is that CTC will “know more” when they do more webinars with credential program directors. We as student teachers simply want the right thing to be done which is to at least waive the second part of the requirement.
If everyone could please continue to share this petition and spread awareness we would greatly appreciate it. As student teachers we can only continue to stay positive and hope for the best in all of this.

¡Muchas gracias a todos los que han firmado y compartido esta petición! Significa mucho saber que contamos con el apoyo de tantas personas para obtener la exención de edTPA / CalTPA.
En lo que respecta al maestro de estudiantes, cuando se trata de comunicaciones actuales, todo lo que nos dicen es que todavía no lo saben. Es tan desconcertante que podríamos terminar nuestros programas de credenciales sin nuestra credencial preliminar oficial. Además, todo lo que se nos sigue diciendo es que CTC "sabrá más" cuando hagan más seminarios web con directores de programas de credenciales. Como estudiantes docentes, simplemente queremos que se haga lo correcto, que es al menos renunciar a la segunda parte del requisito.
Si todos pudieran continuar compartiendo esta petición y difundir la conciencia, lo agradeceríamos enormemente. Como estudiantes maestros, solo podemos seguir siendo positivos y esperar lo mejor en todo esto.
