What's going to happen to us if we didn't go to school?

A big concern I am hearing is about what is going to happen to the women who did not attend a cosmetology or esthetic school?  Am I going to lose my business? We do not want to put legitimate business out. We are looking to regulate services to assure customers health. Most people will be grandfathered in. Nothing is set in stone. By attending meetings you can voice opinions so we can try to make this an easy transition for all professionals. We would like from that moment forward that school is required.
