On March 30, 2019, Taylor Romanczyk lost her life in a fatal crash involving a CSX train. It is now November 18,2019 almost 8 months since the fatal death on Snowden St. There is still no cross arm installed. The city of Chesapeake funded the money in May and there has been no signs of cross arms installation except marking on the street and new signs. This is not acceptable. 24 hours a day, everyday, there is a risk that someone else will lose their life. No one understands like the one's that it is effecting. Please help me reach out to CSX to get this process started. They did all their surveying. I have not seen anyone out here on Snowden St. in over a month. Thanks Jennifer Shrader
