In the wake of recent multiple, tragic & yet avoidable animal abuse cases which have caused huge public outcry, I’d like to know why more wasn’t done by the supposed Animal Protection agencies to protect the little trotting colt and many others.  The RSPCA failed that colt entirely when they failed to seize him in the first place.  Whilst I’m aware they have a protocol and laws to abide by, if the laws are no longer fit for purpose, then CHANGE THE LAW TO BE EFFECTIVE. IN MANY PEOPLES OPINION THERE WAS A DERELICTION OF DUTY BY THE RSPCA IN THE CASE OF ‘Gary’- the trotter yearling in the Range car park 17/04/19. THE RSPCA MISSION STATEMENT IS FUNDAMENTAL TO THEIR PURPOSE, YET THEY ARE MISSING THEIR STATEMENT GOALS BY A COUNTRY MILE.  THE ROYAL SEAL OF APPROVAL SHOULD BE STRIPPED FROM THEIR TITLE

 I FOR ONE WILL NOT BE FUNDING ANY FURTHER ACTIVITY OR FUNDRAISING FOR THE RSPCA  AGAIN. 

Let’s get this partition signed and presented to the right people & insist upon a huge change in the law, the way animal welfare is prioritised, the effectiveness of the law to uphold ALL abusers to account and to prevent the further needleSs abuse of all vulnerable animals.
