In 2019, Rep. Maxine Waters, Chairwoman of the Financial Services Committee questioned the integrity of Facebook and its catastrophic impact against our United States Democracy and against the right to free and fair elections for "We the People:"  "Facebook allowed Russia to undermine and divide our country through devisive online ads. The Senate's investigation discovered that African Americans were targeted the most by Russia, specifically in places where Black Lives Matters Groups were the most active. Despite all of your technological expertise, Russia and Iran are at it again at the upcoming election."  --To which Mark Zuckerberg responds, "On Elections, You're  right that in 2016 we were on our BACK FOOT in terms of preventing Russia from attempting to interfere with our elections."  --What exactly was Mark Zuckerberg thinking when he used the term "BACK FOOT?"  I'm genuinely curious to understand the figurative, literal, and contextual meanings of this term--particularly "in terms" and "in context" of blatant acts of criminal conduct that are simply irrefutable as well as indefensible!

It's absolutely staggering to think that our United States Congress has repeatedly failed to justifiably and with overwhelming support exact CRIMINAL PROSECUTION against Mark Zuckerberg and his company, Facebook! 

May criminal prosecution be successfully leveraged against Mark Zuckerberg and his absolutely dishonest, toxic corporation that knowingly pursues profit over human safety, wellness and life--in spite of being warned against such unethical, immoral, and yes...criminal practices!
