Pennsylvania Game Commission are aware and released a statement we are being heard

Pennsylvania Game Commission, for those unaware that’s the local game warden. 
They have posted an update on their Facebook page notifying the public they are aware of the video. 

Justice for that poor animal will hopefully be served, to the fullest extent allowable by law.
