United States Department of Justice - Corrupt

So here’s more to how DEEP the corruption goes within the judicial system. The DOJ Civil Rights Division said my complaint doesn’t fall under them and punted it to HHS. What they’re saying to me is we no longer care about nor go by the US Constitution and you and your sons civil rights no longer matter. Let that sink in.
I replied back and told them I do not accept their response. I asked them if they’ve forgotten that they work for We The People and they have to uphold and preserve the Constitution. 
I told them “Illegal courts, like Family Courts, corrupt judges, and taking away mine and my sons civil liberties and rights under an unconstitutional court is a problem under the Department of Justice.” 
Just know that this proves how corrupt systems are from the local level all the way up to the federal level. They all play ignorant and shocked. They do not uphold the constitution and why would they when they make money off taxpayers who fund the illegal courts and systems in place? They do not care how corrupt they are as long as they get their money.
The mission statement of DOJ is “The mission of the Department of Justice (DOJ) is to uphold the rule of law, to keep our country safe, and to protect civil rights.” Oh the irony.
