I was granted a petition for De Novo Hearing!

I was granted a petition for a De Novo hearing. Bottom line, me and my son get to start over with a brand new trial. I've requested a brand new judge also as recent information has surfaced that the judge is also a reservist in the JAG Corp. My son's father is also in the JAG Corp. I don't want this to be a conflict of interest which is why I requested a new judge. I will be at a swearing in ceremony Thursday April 7th at 9:00am with my lawyer. From there, we will be given a new court hearing date/time.
